Earthquake Aftershock

The Carnegie Council magazine Policy Innovations did an interview with me while I was in Shanghai last week about the policy implications of the earthquake in Sichuan. The interview seems to be getting quite a few hits, which is great, though the subject matter is really sad. Read the interview and my responses here.
